How to Request

Identify the collection number of the image or item to be reproduced. Use our online Catalog of Collections to identify items of interest.
Review our Use Fees.
Print, complete, and sign the reproduction request form and permission for use form. If you are requesting images for personal use, only the reproduction request needs to be filled out.

Return the form to the Archives:

Payment. You will be invoiced for your order. Orders are processed after payment is received.
Pick up or delivery. You will be notified when your order is ready.
