Important: All users purchasing reproductions for any reason other than personal use must submit an Application for Permission to Publish form. Requests for re-publication, reuse, or changes in use must be submitted in writing

One-Time Print Use

▪ Low resolution reference photo "as is" $5 or donation

▪ JPG (suitable for personal use) $10 ▪ TIF (suitable for commercial use) $30

▪Audio / Video $20

▪ Oversized materials starting at $2 per page (dependent on condition and material)

* Files will be provided as a digital download and scanned at specifications required by the user

Commercial Film, Television, & Video

▪ Local $20 per image

▪ North American $40 per image

▪ Worldwide $50 per image

** Worldwide rights for all media in perpetuity are $100 per photograph. For any commercial use not specified above, fees will be negotiated. All materials are the property of the Butte-Silver Bow Public Archives. Material may be protected by copyright law (Title 17 U.S. Code).
